JOB TITLE/Career Title: Enterprise Developer – Enterprise Application Development

Role/Title: Enterprise Developer

1. Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Develops, configures, tests, and supports enterprise application components under guidance, ensuring reliable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements and established technical standards.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance enterprise application modules, extensions, workflows, and integrations based on assigned requirements.
  • Translate functional specifications into technical components with support from senior developers or solution leads.
  • Build, modify, and maintain APIs, customizations, reports, and automation components supporting enterprise process flows.
  • Follow security, audit, coding, and data governance standards while developing configurations, code, and integrations.
  • Perform unit testing, basic impact analysis, defect fixing, and performance checks for assigned application components.
  • Participate in code reviews, apply development standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of technical practices.
  • Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, releases, enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities as assigned.
