Accountabilities:

The Senior Strategy Consultant will support the development and execution of enterprise strategies by delivering insights, coordinating strategic initiatives, and helping leadership teams make informed decisions. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business judgment, and the ability to collaborate across functions to identify opportunities and drive measurable impact.

  • Support the development of enterprise, business pillar, and line-of-business strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, business plans, and annual operational planning processes.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials, insights, and deliverables for executive leadership and Board-related meetings.
  • Analyze industry trends across vision care, healthcare, insurance, retail, technology, and adjacent markets to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact initiatives and develop practical solutions to complex challenges.
  • Build and maintain qualitative and quantitative performance metrics to track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear recommendations, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization by providing structured thinking, strategic guidance, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities, defining success measures, and helping teams execute against priorities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in corporate strategy, consulting, business analysis, or related fields. They should be comfortable working with executives, managing complex projects, and turning data into meaningful business recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Eight or more years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, management consulting, research, analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligence.
  • Experience working within the vision care, healthcare, insurance, retail, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate future business implications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with presentation tools, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, build trust, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage priorities, work through details, and deliver results in evolving environments.
  • Comfortable collaborating in remote environments with strong virtual communication and engagement practices.
  • Energetic, curious, and proactive mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions.

  • Competitive annual salary range of $105,000 - $165,375, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, location, and other job-related factors.
