  • Support offer processes, pre-employment activities, and other recruiting operations as needed.
  • Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate applicant-flow information, and ensure recruiting documentation remains complete and up to date.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional recruiting experience with a consistent track record of successfully filling positions and securing offer acceptances across a variety of roles.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, interviews, negotiation, and offer.
  • Experience recruiting within Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design (AEI), professional services, or a closely related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Greenhouse is strongly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including the ability to identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills, with sound judgment when evaluating experience, qualifications, cultural alignment, and overall fit.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility and build effective working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear recommendations and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong follow-through across multiple simultaneous searches.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, candidate experience principles, and talent-market dynamics.
