Overview

ITT Engineered Valves in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Lean Technician to polish, inspect, and verify quality of precision valve components used in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and Nuclear applications. This is a second shift position.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Polish valve components to required finish specifications
• Inspect parts using measuring and quality tools
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Read work orders and manufacturing drawings
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in an manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise levels
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly
