Carolina SeniorCare is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team. This is more than a cooking position. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults by preparing nutritious, high-quality meals that support their health, independence, and quality of life.

• Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diet items for participants and staff.
• Follow standardized recipes and menu plans.
• Ensure food quality, proper temperatures, and portion control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Practice safe food handling and infection control procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and supply ordering.
• Support special events, catering functions, and participant activities as needed.
• Help create a positive dining experience for the seniors we serve.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Food service, restaurant, healthcare, or institutional cooking experience preferred.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
