VP, Business Transformation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Business Transformation based in the United States.

This is a senior executive leadership role focused on driving large-scale business transformation across enterprise operations.
You will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall organizational performance.
The role requires close partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into executable transformation programs.
You will lead a high-performing team responsible for analyzing business processes, developing business cases, and executing improvement initiatives.
A key aspect of the role involves aligning business and technology teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of change.
You will also play a central role in building a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute enterprise-wide business transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize improvement opportunities across business functions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve experience.
  • Lead the development of robust business cases, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Business Process Analysts, ensuring strong execution of process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between business units and IT to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Establish and promote best practices for process mapping, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and realization of transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor initiative performance and provide executive-level reporting on progress, impact, and value delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or enterprise improvement roles.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong expertise in business case development, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from design through execution and adoption.
  • Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience collaborating closely with IT teams to implement business and technology solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Nice to have: experience in mortgage servicing or financial services industries.
