This role sits at the heart of the product organization, driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other cross-functional leaders to design and optimize the systems and processes that enable teams to deliver high-impact products efficiently. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can influence at all levels while also diving into the details when needed. You will play a key role in improving release readiness, workflow governance, and product delivery consistency across teams. A strong focus will be placed on leveraging data, tooling, and process design to improve predictability, speed, and quality of execution. This is a highly collaborative environment where your work directly shapes how product teams operate and scale.

  • Design, optimize, and govern product development workflows, including Jira standards, ticket hygiene, and cross-functional operational processes to improve scalability and consistency.
  • Support product analytics operations, including Pendo administration, tagging accuracy, instrumentation quality, and ensuring reliable product usage data for downstream reporting.
  • Drive operational insights by tracking and analyzing key delivery metrics such as cycle time, predictability, and process efficiency to enable continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure release readiness, resolve data or instrumentation issues, and improve product adoption insights.
  • Build and evolve scalable best practices, frameworks, and tooling that improve execution quality across the product organization.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment on operational standards, processes, and priorities without direct managerial authority.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product operations, program management, product management, or related roles focused on driving organizational process excellence.
  • Strong experience working with Jira as a system of record, including workflow design, governance, and operational reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Pendo or similar product analytics/product experience tools, including tagging and instrumentation support.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale processes across product or engineering organizations, with strong change management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing without authority.
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and tactical contexts, balancing long-term process design with day-to-day execution.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first role within the United States
  • Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $160,000 (based on experience and location)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) options
  • Flexible time off policy, including personal, mental health, and volunteer days
  • 14+ paid company holidays annually
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
