Job Description
Food Sales East (FSE) is a growing foodservice sales agency representing leading manufacturers across the Southeast. We operate with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset—focused on serving our partners, giving back, and driving meaningful growth.
We are seeking an Account Manager – Non-Commercial to support the Orlando market—focused on managing key operator relationships, supporting contract compliance, and driving growth across healthcare, education, and other non-commercial segments.

What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for non-commercial (GPO/contract) operator accounts
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
• Manage and grow business within assigned non-commercial accounts
• Partner with distributors and internal teams to drive market execution

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales plans aligned to market and manufacturer priorities
• Analyze contract compliance and usage reports to identify gaps and opportunities
• Drive product penetration within contracted accounts through disciplined follow-up
• Collaborate with distributor sales reps to strengthen in-market execution
• Support distributor sales meetings, food shows, and customer events
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, reporting, and account updates
• Manage territory priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
• Align with manufacturer goals and ensure consistent market support
• Model and reinforce FSE Core Values

Location & Travel
Based in the Orlando market. Regular local travel required, with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications for Success
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
• Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong accountability and follow-through
• Experience in non-commercial foodservice, GPOs, or contract-managed accounts preferred
• Familiarity working with distributors and operator networks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
