- Coordinate daily responsibilities to meet production schedule
- Program microprocessors
- Solder as required per documentation
- Use solder pot for soldering headers and wires
- Set up & perform electronic testing of board assemblies per specifications for standard and special products
- Perform troubleshooting of board assemblies
- Place board assemblies into enclosure and tighten with screws per documentation
- Box product and label box per documentation
- Become familiar with all aspects of the Quality Management System
- Comply with all Quality Management System tools and techniques designed for your area of responsibility
- Report quality issues and make recommendations for quality improvements
- Assist in other areas of manufacturing including but not limited to
- Unload delivery trucks
- Take out trash & recyclables
- High school diploma or equivalent GED is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read instructions, operate machines safely, and visually inspect produced parts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work assignments accurately and on time
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and understanding plant directives in English
Physical Abilities
- Ability to reach both horizontally and vertically with arms; sufficient dexterity to manipulate small objects and write or print legibly.
- Physical strength, mobility, and stamina to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 70 pounds or more, as demonstrated in functional tests that simulate the work environment.
- Capability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to maintain a sedentary position for long durations as needed.
- Proficient in perceiving sound, with near and far vision, and depth perception. Must be able to provide oral information and demonstrate manual dexterity to operate business-related equipment and handle various materials and objects effectively.
