Senior Product Manager I (Enterprise Jobs/Scheduling)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager I (Enterprise Jobs/Scheduling) based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy and execution for solutions serving thousands of home service professionals.
You will own a product area from vision and discovery through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations, you will turn customer needs and market opportunities into scalable experiences.
You will use data, customer empathy, and strong product judgment to make high-impact decisions and prioritize the roadmap.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, highly collaborative SaaS environment.
You will also champion AI-powered tools and automation to improve team efficiency, product quality, and delivery speed.
Your work will directly influence how service professionals manage their businesses, save time, and grow successfully.

Accountabilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the enterprise jobs and scheduling focus area, aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, assess competitive trends, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product priorities.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to validate solutions and translate product strategy into high-impact customer experiences.
  • Guide user flows, wireframes, positioning, pricing, and operational considerations while ensuring product decisions remain grounded in customer and business value.
  • Own roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning for distributed engineering teams, balancing strategic priorities with delivery requirements.
  • Establish KPIs, adoption metrics, and reporting frameworks to evaluate feature performance, product health, and business impact.
  • Drive execution alongside engineering partners, proactively identifying and resolving obstacles to maintain delivery momentum and product quality.
  • Lead feature launches in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations, ensuring coordinated go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor post-launch adoption and usage data, combining quantitative insights with customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Use AI tools and automation strategically to increase team efficiency, improve output quality, and streamline product development workflows.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven record of owning and delivering high-impact initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Experience working with large enterprise organizations and complex functional requirements, with the ability to navigate sophisticated customer and business needs.
  • Strong expertise in product strategy, agile development, product lifecycle management, and user experience principles.
  • Experience with product analytics and growth tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly, or comparable platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency, product quality, or execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Exceptional customer empathy and a strong understanding of user experience, combined with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Resilience and adaptability when working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex product challenges.
  • A multidimensional background with either broad cross-functional expertise or deep specialization in relevant product disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear product decisions and strategic recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
