Business Analyst || Salem, OR || Remote in at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale IT modernization program. The ideal candidate will gather and document business requirements, create process maps and user stories, and work closely with business users, technical teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, workshops, and research.
• Create process flows, user stories, business rules, and functional documentation.
• Document current-state and future-state processes.
• Prepare and support UAT test cases and document testing results.
• Assist with training materials, implementation, and user feedback.
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.

Preferred Skills:

• Business analysis and requirements gathering experience.
• Process mapping and documentation experience.
• UAT/testing experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with enterprise modernization or implementation projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with data, privacy, security, or cloud platforms is preferred.
