We are seeking a motivated Housekeeper to support the day-to-day appearance and cleanliness of a multifamily apartment community.

This role is an important part of creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents. From preparing vacant apartment homes to maintaining common areas and models, your work helps ensure the community looks its best every day.

As a Housekeeper, you'll help maintain a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment throughout the community. Responsibilities include:

• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for upcoming residents
• Maintain vacant units so they remain clean, fresh, and odor-free
• Clean and maintain model apartment homes on a daily basis
• Clean the leasing office, clubroom, and community restrooms
• Clean and maintain laundry facilities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and clean surfaces throughout assigned areas
• Safely use cleaning products, cleaning equipment, ladders, and basic hand tools
• Monitor cleaning supply levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Follow established safety practices, including the use of gloves and other protective equipment as needed
• Assist the property team with additional cleaning and community-related responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic cleaning methods and procedures
• Ability to safely use common cleaning tools and equipment
• Comfortable using cleaning products and supplies
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance

This is an active position that may involve standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching, and retrieving supplies throughout the workday.

Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and work throughout different areas of the apartment community.
