  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with C#/.NET Core and React.
  • Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs, API-first development, and event-driven architecture patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka or comparable event-streaming technologies.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly API Management, Key Vault, and cloud-native deployments.
  • Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform for container orchestration and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with ArgoCD or similar GitOps deployment platforms.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery workflows.
  • Experience with orchestration and data transformations across distributed backend systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to Blazor is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and influence other developers.
  • High adaptability, resilience, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
