Manages production activities of computer systems, supervises and coordinates activities worker operating computers and peripheral equipment

• Assign staff and schedules work to facilitate production
• Coordinates updates for Silverlake, Silverlake Teller, 4|Sight, Arta Lending, Compliance One, Xperience and OnBoard programs
• Cognos Administrator
• Confer with programmers and operates computer to test new and modified programs
• Manage computer operation, scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions
• Direct training or trains workers to operate computer and peripheral equipment
• Direct operation of computer to execute program and observe operation to detect errors or failure in progress of program
• Read, monitor and enter commands to help computer operators identify and correct errors
• Prepare or review production, operating, and downtime records and repairs
• Recommend changes in programs, routines and quality control standards to improve computer operating efficiency
• Consult with supervisor about problems, such as equipment performance, output quality and maintenance schedule
• Handles Remote Deposit Capture setup and installation
• Oversees printing of statements and yearend forms
• Coordinate flow of work to ensure continuity
• Creates and maintains updated job procedures
• Develop maintain and test disaster recovery plans
• Coordinate with Auditors on Audit Confirmation Letters in Core System
• Integrates Postage machines and postage supply ordering
• Work with technical personnel on hardware repairs
• Performs all duties of Systems Administrator and/or Network Assistant, as needed
