Salesforce Technical Architect / Agentforce Lead

Experience: 10+ years Salesforce; 3+ years in architecture/technical leadership

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect / Agentforce Lead to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI-powered customer and employee experiences using Salesforce Agentforce.

The candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, Agent grounding, Knowledge retrieval, indexing strategies, and the use of Agentforce Analytics and feedback loops to measure performance and drive continuous product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, configuration, and implementation of Agentforce agents.
• Configure and optimize Agentforce using Agentforce Builder and related Salesforce capabilities.
• Design custom agent actions using Flow, Apex, APIs, and Salesforce automation.
• Implement agent grounding using Salesforce data, Knowledge, Data Cloud/Data 360, and other enterprise data sources.
• Define appropriate guardrails, security controls, and human handoff mechanisms.
• Monitor, test, troubleshoot, and optimize agent behavior and response quality.
• Working Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Integrate Agentforce with Omni-Channel and existing service processes.
• Design and implement Agentforce experiences within Experience Cloud / Partner Portal.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and security for AI use cases.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years in a Salesforce Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Architect role.
• Hands-on Agentforce implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying production Agentforce agents.
• Strong Service Cloud experience.
• Strong Data Cloud / Data 360 experience.
• Experience with Experience Cloud / Partner Portal strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and Apex.
• Strong Salesforce integration experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce Knowledge and service processes.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
• Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 certification
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent Service Cloud expertise
• Salesforce Platform Developer
