This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a MIS and Power BI Developer based in India.

This is an individual contributor role focused on transforming operational and financial data into clear, actionable reporting and dashboards. You will manage MIS and Power BI reporting across key Finance & Accounting processes, including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A. The role combines advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, and CRM reporting to monitor performance and support informed operational decisions. You will create recurring reports covering SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. A key part of the position is identifying performance gaps and developing dashboards that help teams improve processes and operational efficiency. You will work in a collaborative, multicultural environment where strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving are essential.

• Generate accurate reports and develop dashboards that clearly present operational and financial performance information.
• Manage MIS and Power BI reporting across Finance & Accounting processes, including Order Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Process data and reports from CRM systems and transform the results into meaningful dashboards and management insights.
• Identify performance gaps, trends, and operational issues and develop reporting solutions that support decision-making and process improvements.
• Build and maintain MIS reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, and macros at the operational level.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes according to client requirements.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are delivered accurately and within agreed turnaround times while maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain day-to-day MIS data and reporting processes, ensuring information is updated, organized, and readily available for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, consistency, and reliability of reporting processes.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into practical dashboards and reports.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience supported by a strong educational background.
• Strong proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI; experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for presenting reporting insights and performance information.
• Experience with VBA and Excel macros for reporting automation and operational MIS activities.
• Ability to work with CRM-generated data and transform information into clear, decision-supporting reports.
• Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, operational performance reporting, and process metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate constructively within a multicultural team environment.
