We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our Nurse Residency Program. This comprehensive program is designed to equip new graduate nurses with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in their roles. Through a combination of hands-on clinical experience, classroom education, and mentorship from experienced nursing professionals, participants will gain invaluable insights and build a solid foundation for a successful nursing career.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Eligible for RN licensure in GA
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for patients' needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environments.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
