Administrative Assistant, Lower School
Job Summary
Full-time, 12-month position with competitive benefits package available in the lower school of a New Jersey non-profit private school for students with autism and related conditions.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Administrative Assistant will report to the school principal and be responsible for all aspects of clerical tasks required for the operations of a school, including, but not limited to, filing, typing, maintenance of confidential records, correspondence with parents and school districts, and instructional staff at the school.
Qualifications and Skills
The applicant must have proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Drive. Must be quick to learn school-based technology programs and be willing to learn maintenance of office equipment, inventory, and purchase orders. Knowledge of non-profit school environment is preferred but not required. The ability to manage multiple tasks at once is a must.
Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 to $50,000.00 Annually, commensurate with experience.
