About the Role:
We are seeking Warehouse Supervisors to add to our existing team for all shifts at our manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of materials and products throughout the warehouse, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. As a key member of our team, the Warehouse Supervisors will play a critical role in meeting production goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and related software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift certification
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Vietnamese
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel across all shifts
- Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Skills:
The Warehouse Supervisor will utilize their strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of warehouse personnel. They will also use their knowledge of warehouse management systems and related software to ensure the accurate and timely movement of materials and products. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will leverage their experience in process improvement and familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements to identify and implement best practices that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
