Leasing Professional Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Sales

• Lease rental apartments to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals.
• Conduct apartment and community tours.
• Follow up on phone and email leads promptly.

Marketing

• Complete marketing reports, application, and leases.
• Shop the competition and assist with marketing ideas.
• Implement outreach marketing efforts.

Administrative

• Educate prospective residents on the application process.
• Process applications, including document verification, credit checks, and informing applicants of their status.
• Prepare new leases, schedule move-in dates, conduct inspections, and collect move-in fees.
• Assist with office tasks and participate in resident activities.

Qualifications

• Prefer 2+ years of leasing experience in multifamily.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet; experience with OneSite preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
