LIFE Senior Services is seeking a highly organized and compassionate leader to oversee our Adult Day Health Center. The Site Manager will manage all aspects of center operations, including participant care, staff development, facility management, dietary services, fiscal accountability, and volunteer coordination. This role ensures the center meets all health, regulatory, and accreditation standards, fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for participants and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Licensure & Compliance: Ensure the center meets all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Leadership & Participant Care: Provide oversight for daily operations, prioritizing participant safety, program effectiveness, and family satisfaction.
- Facility Management: Oversee maintenance and housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Staff Supervision: Manage hiring, orientation, scheduling, training, supervision, and performance reviews, along with employee counseling and terminations when necessary.
- Food & Dietary Services: Oversee meal and snack preparation and ensure dietary services are provided in line with regulations.
- Health Services: Supervise all nursing and health services at the center.
- Documentation & Reporting: Complete and submit all required reports and documents accurately and on time.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop, implement, and conduct drills for emergency situations, including fire, weather, and disaster responses.
- Budget & Fiscal Responsibility: Assist in creating and maintaining a site operating budget to ensure fiscal accountability.
- Transportation Coordination: Oversee and coordinate transportation services for participants.
- Program Oversight: Lead the development and implementation of individualized, person-centered program offerings for participants.
- Marketing & Community Relations: Represent and promote the center and LIFE Senior Services through various marketing, sales, and public relations events.
- Committee & Team Leadership: Lead site committees, including the safety and leadership teams, and foster communication across all LIFE Senior Services departments to maintain a collaborative team environment.
What we're looking for!
- Proven experience in healthcare or social services management, preferably within an adult day health or similar setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices for adult day health services.
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize the safety and satisfaction of participants.
- Proficiency in budgeting and fiscal management.
Certifications and Licenses:
Long Term Care Administrators license or Adult Day Health License. Valid driver's license and car insurance. Must pass MVR background check and drug test. Possess basic first aid and CPR certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push 200 pounds (in a wheelchair), 50% of the work is performed while standing or walking.
- Good hearing and visual capability.
