Laborers - Physical Requirement at Professional Tree Care Company – Napa, California

Professional Tree Care is hiring laborers to work on jobs in the Napa area. The initial work will focus on Groundskeeping basics and will provide you the opportunity to learn from one of the Bay Area’s most well respected tree care companies, Professional Tree Care.

REQUIREMENTS

-Hardworking

-Physically fit and able to lift +/- 75 pounds or more

-Able to work outdoors in inclement weather year-round, meaning hot in summer and cold in winter.

-Able to work extremely hard for up to 8 hours per day.

-NOTE: If you have experience doing Grounds-person work, landscaping, or any type of agricultural work, please let us know.

Bonus points for:

-Bilingual English/Spanish

-NOT afraid of heights and interested in becoming a tree Climber

-Being able to hoist yourself up into a tree that is 60-to-100 feet in the air

-Having a current and “clean” CA Driver's license is required. *Clean = no points or recent tickets.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

-$22.00 per hour.

-After 90 days of employment, workers will be considered for full-time employment. After 90-days of full-time employment, field employees are eligible for:

• Medical insurance with 50% contribution from the company
