Cleaning Technician (P/T) Bilingual at Blu Commercial Cleaning – Chicago, Illinois

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Splash Cleaning Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in upholding the high standards our clients trust us to provide. Your commitment to excellence and reliability will ensure that every space you touch reflects our company’s reputation for outstanding service.

Schedule:

6:00pm to 10:00 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays (Schiller Park) and

10:30pm to 1:30 am Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays (Chicago)

Total about 17 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and trash removal in commercial spaces.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality results by following detailed cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment efficiently and safely, such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to address any issues or special requests.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

• A strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence in every task.
• Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems proactively.
• Ability to perform tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
• Dependable transportation to travel to various client locations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
