Assistant Manager Position

• Lead and train a team focused on guest service and positive energy
• Good communication skills and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional team building capability
• Basic math and personal computer or POS literacy
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility

The ideal candidate will:

• Have the ability to speak clearly and listen to guests and other Team members
• Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Be able to exhibit a positive vibe and respectful attitude
• Be cool when the line gets long
• Know our menu
• Have the ability to be cross-trained and the willingness to do it

Work Environment:

• Move throughout the restaurant for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
• Move 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 feet
• Understand & respond to team members' & guests' requests in a busy & loud environment
• Bend, stoop, and reach in order to load ovens, stock shelves, refrigerator/freezers, serve guests & clean the restaurant.
