• Ingredient Preparation: Wash, chop, and cut ingredients according to recipe specifications to ensure quality and consistency.
• Recipe Execution: Measure ingredients properly and strictly follow all recipes and prep lists provided by the Executive Chef.
• Kitchen Systems: Organize and maintain cleanliness in all prep areas, walk-in, knives, cutting boards, and utensils.

• Inventory Management: Rotate stock, label, and date all products to meet FIFO and company standards.
• Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of all ingredients and communicate product needs to the Chef team.
• Equipment Maintenance: Report any damaged or defective goods or equipment to management promptly.

• Compliance with Regulations: Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety guidelines, including maintaining an “A” rating from the Health Department. Must have a valid, non-expired Food Handlers’ card.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Keep workstations sanitized and follow proper maintenance procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Safety Standards: Work with safety as a priority and follow all department and company safety protocols.

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
