✔️ Learn & Lead: Work alongside seasoned Superintendents to manage roofing crews on track housing projects.
✔️ Hands-On Training: Get exposure to scheduling, budgeting, payroll, and quality control.
✔️ Safety & Compliance: Help enforce OSHA safety standards and best practices.
✔️ Project Oversight: Assist with material deliveries, inspections, and job site coordination.
✔️ Customer Interaction: Develop communication skills with clients and contractors.

✔️ Leadership experience (sports, military, team management, etc.)
✔️ Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
✔️ Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
✔️ Valid Florida Driver’s License & ability to pass a background check
✔️ OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
✔️ Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email)

🕕 Monday - Friday: 6 AM - Close
🛠️ On-call 1 weekend every 3-6 weeks
