Job Description

What we are looking for.

The Bill Run Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the bill run process and team for a segment of WeSolve’s customers. This role involves coordinating closely with the Billing Control Analyst and Billing Data Analyst to ensure accurate and timely billing cycles. The Bill Run Team Lead will report directly to the Billing Support Manager and will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the billing process.

What you would be doing.

  • Lead and manage the bill run team for a segment of WeSolve’s Customers.
  • Coordinate with the Billing Control Analyst to ensure proper controls are in place for each billing cycle.
  • Work closely with the Billing Data Analyst to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement bill run schedules and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the bill run process.
  • Prepare and present reports on bill run metrics and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of billing data.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in bill run management.

What you need to work in this role.

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior internship or work experience in billing, finance, or accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in a telecom environment is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with billing procedures and compliance standards, obtained through academic projects or entry-level work, is desirable.
