Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities of living, including grooming, bathing, dressing and toileting as needed

• Transferring residents to and from activities and meals

• Providing direct care to residents following individual service plans

• Recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence We seek the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1 year of caregiving/nursing experience

• WA CNA Certification or previous documented experience in Assisted Living preferred

• Compassionate and caring

• Must enjoy working with the senior population

• Flexibility with schedule
