Accountant in Macon, Georgia at CERTITEMP, INC.

This is an entry level position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Document & enter financial transactions

Maintain financial security by following internal controls

Prepare payments by verifying documentation & requesting disbursement authorization

Comply with federal, state & local financial requirements by studying existing & new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements & advising management on needed actions

Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing & summarizing data as requested

Maintain customer confidence & protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Accounting

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Quick Books & Outlook

Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

Previous accounting experience preferred
