Paralegal / Legal Assistant

We are committed to providing exceptional legal services in areas such as refugee claims, appeals, judicial reviews, and mandamus applications.
Responsibilities :- Assist in preparing and filing refugee claims
- Support in managing appeals and judicial reviews
- Conduct legal research and draft documents for mandamus applications
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
- Maintain organized case files and documentation
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a related legal position
- knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
- Intermediate to advanced level of Spanish and English
