You will be practicing continuous improvement every day as you establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow team members!
- Enters invoices into Bill.com which includes appropriate job costing
- Matches credit card receipts to Quickbooks transactions which includes appropriate job costing
- Monitors AP email inbox and processes or resolves items in a timely manner
- Assures all expenses are posted to the correct job
- Manages all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Maintains all accounting, computer and financial records for franchise in conjunction with a CPA
- Utilize accounting and project management software (RMS, QuickBooks, QB TSheets)
- Produces reports from Quickbooks as necessary
- Generates custom reports and statements as requested by management for internal use.
- Establishes a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees
- Allocates expenditures to correct accounts according to departmental procedures
- Monitors AP email inbox and processes or resolves items in a timely manner
- Answers phones and other admin tasks as needed
- Maintains good customer relations to detect and resolve issues and concerns

- Basic knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Tech savvy with proven ability to learn new software systems
- 2-3 years prior accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Degree or some college courses in Accounting/Finance a plus
