The Recruitment Specialist designs, implements and manages innovative strategies for the recruitment of professional, licensed healthcare, management, and non-clinical support and administrative positions. Maintains a cooperative relationship with all functional department directors, managers and employees, promoting excellence and ensuring fair employment relations practices are followed.
