The Recruitment Specialist designs, implements and manages innovative strategies for the recruitment of professional, licensed healthcare, management, and non-clinical support and administrative positions. Maintains a cooperative relationship with all functional department directors, managers and employees, promoting excellence and ensuring fair employment relations practices are followed. The Recruitment Specialist will also establish and maintain relationships with education institutes in an effort to bridge opportunities to students and future professionals.
