Basic Function

Professionally custom clean homes using Merry Maids’ unique cleaning procedures and products.

1. Arrive at work on time and in full uniform.

1. Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean, dust, and vacuum all rooms from ceiling to floor.

1. Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean, sanitize, and deodorize all bathroom fixtures, showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and vanities.

1. Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean kitchen appliances, counters, cabinets, tables, and chairs.

1. Vacuum stairways and wash all hard surface floors on hands and knees, being sure to use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures.

1. Move all reasonably movable furniture in rooms in order to use special attention procedures underneath and behind furniture.

1. Carry cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers' homes.

1. Assist Team Captain to refill cleaning kit and perform required equipment maintenance at the end of the workday.

1. Help maintain a clean and fresh appearance of the office.

1. At all times, contribute to a positive work climate and to the overall team effort of the company.

1. Provide information to Team Captain for completion of service report.

1. Shall perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested.

(Include minimum education, experience, specific skills, etc. required to perform Primary Responsibilities.)

1. Ability to differentiate between colored cleaning products by identifying the color or product name.

1. Ability to read cleaning instructions indicated on customized service report.

1. Ability to communicate with Team Captain to ensure that customer expectations are met

(Include physical and environmental conditions, equipment, and machinery.)

1. Ability to drive personal car to several work site locations throughout the workday.

1. Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.

1. Ability to lift 20 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.

1. Ability to wash all hard surface floors on hands and knees.
