Team Leader at Colerain – Cincinnati, Ohio

Join our growing team! Chick-fil-A Colerain is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead fellow members of the Chick-fil-A Colerain team. We hire the friendliest people who have a heart for customer service and want to work in a community-minded restaurant setting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set the example for team members in regards to customer care, cleanliness and organization
• Assist in training new members through shadowing and example-setting
• Work with Shift Supervisor to lead fellow team members in operating at a level of excellence by setting an example of hard work, diligence, and focused energy to completing daily tasks
• Report any guest or employee complaints to Shift Supervisor or a Director
• Comply with all Chick-fil-A Colerain rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere
• Help to complete all morning, afternoon, or evening check-lists
• Participate in all team member requirements for each shift including being in position
• Commitment to our Restaurant Vision

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous Chick-fil-A Team Member experience
• Proven leadership skills in regard to ability to lead a team in stressful times with a calm and collected attitude
• Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, accountable, and organized
• Eagerness to learn and improve personal skillset and assist others in the same effort
• Ability to improve and grow team members through encouragement and setting an example
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Shift Supervisor, Managers, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs
• Positive attitude
