Responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
• Ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and great service
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
• Coaching and training crew members
• Maintaining proper staffing levels
• P&L Implementation - Managing controllable expenses and food, labor, and paper costs
• Working closely with Operations to ensure company required standard procedures and guidelines are being followed
• Sales growth? ?

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

• Supervision and Leadership
• Proven interest in food with particular interest in healthy, genuine, authentic products
• Elemental knowledge of Italian language, and/or willingness to learn some words and common expressions
• Recruiting, Interviewing and Selection
• Training and development practices
• Planning and budgeting
• P&L analysis and corrective measures
• Federal, state and local employment laws
• Local Store Marketing and development of sales opportunities

Education and Experience ?

• College degree and 3 - 4 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry;
• or equivalent combination of education and experience.?
