Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer services to all customers
• Listen and build relationships with customers to find the right products and services for their lifestyle
• Demonstrate knowledge of latest products and services. Remain current on industry and competition trends, pricing plans and promotions.
• Meet sales goals by selling our products and services to new and existing customers
• Complete customer contracts, accept customer payments and accurately process transactions using POS system
• Ensure customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving any concerns

Must haves

• 1-2 years’ experience in a sales environment and the ability to meet sales goals
• A High School Degree is required, an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Availability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to perform basic addition and subtractions and make correct change
• Ability to stand for up to 75% of the time
