Job Description
Dragonfly is a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies (see list). Our Talent team supports the recruiting efforts of our portfolio companies by connecting them with talented candidates. Multiple companies within our portfolio are actively seeking Product Designers across various levels and specializations.
This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. This posting is to connect you directly with one or more of our portfolio companies that are actively hiring Product Designers. If this description doesn’t match your background exactly, but you’re a designer passionate about crypto, we encourage you to apply—we may have other opportunities that are a better fit.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in web and mobile product design.
- Crypto/Web3 Familiarity: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in crypto, Web3, or blockchain technologies.
- User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces.
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
About the Role(s):
Depending on the team, you could be:
- Leading Design Initiatives: Owning the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping and final design.
- Enhancing User Experiences: Crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for crypto-native applications, ensuring accessibility and usability.
- Developing Design Systems: Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Conducting User Research: Planning and facilitating user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions.
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working alongside engineering and product teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
Even if you don’t match every point above but are a seasoned designer passionate about crypto, we encourage you to apply—there may be other opportunities that fit your skill set.
Process:
- We’ll confidentially match you with portfolio companies aligned with your background, skill set, and interests.
- If mutual interest exists between you and a team, we’ll facilitate a warm introduction.
- If there isn’t a match today, we’ll keep you top of mind for future opportunities.
Submit your information below, and we’ll reach out if there’s a potential fit.
