Revenue Integrity Analyst at Columbus Regional Health – Columbus, Indiana

What you need to know about this position:

• The Analyst position supports the Revenue Integrity department's departmental audits, education, reconciliation, charge capture, and Epic work queue oversight initiatives.
• The hourly range for this position is between $27.93 and $44.59, annualized to $58,094 and $92,747. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• This full-time position will require you to work 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday and is 100% remote.

What is required for this position:

Education and/or Experience

• One of the following required:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, Finance, or equivalent and three (3) years minimum experience in related healthcare field required.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience including at least one of the following: billing, charge description master, chart audit, coding & charge capture.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical experience preferred.
• Previous Revenue Integrity experience preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

• One of the following is required:

• Registered Nurse License
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS), Certified Documentation Integrity Practitioner (CDIP), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification
