Ambulatory Surgical Unit - Registered Nurse-Per Diem- 6:30a-3p – Req 7706

Per Diem Pay Range $52.27-$58.43*

Provides care in the Ambulatory setting directed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient. Is a resource person and teacher. Care given reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. Utilizes initiative, strives to maintain a steady level of productivity. Is a self-starter. Is compatible and supportive, a team player. Communication on behalf of the patient reflects the mission, ethics and goals of Carthage Area Hospital as well as the focus statement of the department. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and Carthage Area Hospital policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• Required to obtain /maintain BLS. ACLS and PALS within six (6) months of hire.

• Recommended to obtain/Maintain Peri-Op 101 certification.

• Encouraged to obtain/maintain their RN-BC (Certified Nurse Operating Room) in Ambulatory Care through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
