Mobility Aid in Claremont, New Hampshire at DHA - Valley Regional Hospital

Position Summary: As a Mobility Aid, you will be assisting the rehabilitation team under the direction and supervision of a rehab therapist or registered nurse. Tasks include but are not limited to assisting with or providing mobilization, assisting with patient transfers, personal care of patients, home safety assessments, and preparation of equipment used to mobilize or treat patients on the Medical Surgical floor. You will also participate in operational aspects of the department including continuing education, performance improvement activities, and Quality Improvement projects, as well as other duties as assigned at the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager or Director.

Ideal Qualifications Include:

• High School graduate or the equivalent
• Current BLS (upon hire)
• CPI (within 6 months of hire)
• High Integrity
