  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate information within relevant systems while ensuring data integrity.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, organizational policies, and established recruiting procedures.
  • Collaborate across teams to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver a professional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruiting technologies.
  • Possess strong communication, organization, project management, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bring a data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market intelligence to guide decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and a continuous-improvement mindset when evaluating recruiting processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Experience supporting engineering, architecture, construction, environmental, consulting, or professional services organizations is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or other enterprise ATS platforms is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as AIRS, SHRM, HRCI, or LinkedIn Recruiter certifications are a plus.
