SuiteMate Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Dallas, TX. We're looking for a skilled electrician with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience maintaining industrial or commercial electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Perform maintenance on motors, control panels, VFDs, pumps, generators, switchgear, and power distribution equipment
• Diagnose electrical issues using testing and diagnostic equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Follow all electrical codes and workplace safety procedures
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Valid Texas Driver's License or ability to obtain one prior to employment
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, VFDs, or industrial motor controls is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work as needed
