Manager Details:
Essential Job Duties:
- Collaborates with the medical staff to establish service levels, appropriate procedures and patient care standards
- Assumes or assigns the duties of the control desk coordinator as needed
- Maintains and monitors recommended staffing for the areas to assure they support and coincide with service requirements
- Consults with Surgical Services System Director regarding staff development and needs to maintain quality patient care
- Demonstrates professional conduct, a positive attitude, and leadership behaviors
- Promotes positive interpersonal relations and ethical behavior to staff
Requirements:
- Must have active IN RN license
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program – BSN required
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in surgical area
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
