Manager Details:

Essential Job Duties:

• Collaborates with the medical staff to establish service levels, appropriate procedures and patient care standards
• Assumes or assigns the duties of the control desk coordinator as needed
• Maintains and monitors recommended staffing for the areas to assure they support and coincide with service requirements
• Consults with Surgical Services System Director regarding staff development and needs to maintain quality patient care
• Demonstrates professional conduct, a positive attitude, and leadership behaviors
• Promotes positive interpersonal relations and ethical behavior to staff

Requirements:

• Must have active IN RN license
• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program – BSN required
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in surgical area
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
