No previous client relations experience is required — paid training is provided.
What You’ll Do- Communicate with clients and customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Support marketing, sales, and promotional campaigns
- Assist with customer engagement and acquisition initiatives
- Represent client brands at events and promotional activities
- Answer questions and provide helpful product or service information
- Track client needs and help ensure excellent customer experiences
- Work with team members to meet campaign and business goals
- Participate in training and professional development
- Develop valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
