This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst based in Canada.
This is an opportunity to strengthen the systems, data, and processes that power a growing Go-to-Market organization.
You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping Salesforce data accurate, reliable, and actionable across teams.
The role combines user support, reporting, data management, business analysis, and process improvement.
You’ll collaborate closely with Client Engagement, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to turn business needs into practical system solutions.
Your work will improve reporting visibility, system adoption, operational efficiency, and data quality.
You’ll also contribute to testing, documentation, training, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates working from anywhere in Canada.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support by troubleshooting user issues, answering process and system questions, and escalating technical matters when appropriate.
- Prepare, validate, cleanse, and import data into Salesforce and related Go-to-Market systems while maintaining established data standards.
- Monitor data quality across Salesforce, Clari, and other systems, identifying duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or outdated records and coordinating corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into pipeline, activity, account, campaign, and performance data.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for Salesforce enhancements, reporting, and process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional documentation for the Salesforce Administrator and support effective system implementation.
- Serve as a business tester for Salesforce enhancements by developing test scenarios, validating configurations, documenting results, and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Maintain documentation covering Salesforce processes, data standards, reporting definitions, and user guidance to encourage consistent adoption.
- Support employee onboarding and ongoing training related to Salesforce, reporting, data management, and other Go-to-Market tools.
- Contribute as a business analyst on strategic Go-to-Market initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve processes, usability, data reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Experience working with Salesforce in a business operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Client Engagement environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data management, user support, and record maintenance.
- Familiarity with data preparation, cleansing, imports, quality controls, and maintaining accurate business records.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for system enhancements, reporting solutions, or process improvements.
- Experience supporting system testing and user acceptance testing for Salesforce configurations or enhancements.
- Familiarity with Go-to-Market platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, LeadIQ, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create effective process documentation and training materials.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong planning, project-management, expectation-management, and stakeholder skills.
- Collaborative mindset with sound judgment around escalation, prioritization, and adapting to evolving business requirements.
