Responsibilities

The Integration & Value Creation Office Director (VCO) is a hands-on individual contributor who supports and enables the delivery of the enterprise's M&A integration, transformation execution, and value realization agenda. Translate strategic priorities into structured, executable plans and drives the day-to-day analytical, coordination, and tracking work that keeps initiatives on course. Partners across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Supply Chain to enable disciplined execution, prepare decision-ready analysis and reporting, and surface risks early. This role does not carry direct reports; instead, it operates the mechanisms of the VCO and ensuring initiatives are well-planned, well-tracked, and well-supported.

  • Support end-to-end post-merger integration (PMI) activities for acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, including managing workstream plans, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Drive execution of integration strategies and governance frameworks, ensuring initiatives remain aligned to business objectives.
  • Support M&A diligence activities by analyzing target company data, documenting strategic rationale, assessing risks, and evaluating value creation opportunities.
  • Identify, track, and report synergy opportunities and value realization efforts against established targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of integration and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage and track enterprise value creation initiatives, including EBITDA growth, cost optimization, and working capital improvement programs.
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans with measurable outcomes, timelines, and accountability.
  • Enable operational, digital, and organizational transformation initiatives through planning, coordination, and execution support.
  • Maintain VCO/IMO governance tools, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor initiative performance and value realization.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and decision-support materials for leadership teams, providing visibility into progress, risks, and performance.
  • Monitor execution risks and proactively support course-correction efforts to keep integration and transformation initiatives on track.
  • Develop and continuously improve playbooks, templates, methodologies, and best practices to create scalable and repeatable integration and value creation capabilities.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • 7-9 years Progressive experience across M&A integration, enterprise transformation, and/or value creation or strategy execution. Required
  • Experience in private equity-backed, multi-site, or acquisitive organizations. Preferred
  • Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation / PMO roles. Preferred
  • Exposure to global or multi-region operations. Preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting the delivery of measurable financial and operational outcomes in complex environments.
  • Experience preparing analysis and reporting for senior leadership audiences.
  • Structured execution and program coordination.
  • Strategic thinking with strong operational and analytical rigor.
  • Change enablement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Financial and value-based analysis.
  • Influence and relationship building without direct authority.
  • Data-driven tracking, reporting, and accountability.
  • Demonstrated comfort with adopting emerging AI tools and technologies to optimize processes, improve collaboration, and drive operational effectiveness..

Remote: Job duties are performed from the employee’s home home or another approved remote location. Remote employees are expected to maintain productivity, communication, and availability during agreed-upon working hours, in alignment with company policies.
