Monarch is hiring a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our roving maintenance team based in the Omaha, Nebraska area. This position travels to apartment communities throughout the Midwest and across the country to help with maintenance needs, repairs, and property improvement projects.

• 3 weeks working, followed by 1 full week off

• Your scheduled week off is paid

• No on-call rotation

• No weekend work

• $50 per day in per diem for each overnight spent working or traveling

• Company-provided transportation and gas

• $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days

• Year-round, full-time employment with daytime hours

Travel: Approximately 50% nationwide, with regular assignments throughout the Midwest and surrounding states.

• Annual salary of $65,000$70,000

• Annual raises of up to 5%

• Paid time off:

• 7+ years of maintenance experience, including at least 5 years in apartment maintenance

• Strong hands-on skills in drywall repair, painting, and carpentry

• Plumbing experience, including sweating copper pipe

• Electrical experience, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

• Ability to travel regularly and work at multiple apartment communities

• Leadership skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a team

Preferred Certifications:

• EPA HVAC certification

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
