We're Dish Society — a fine fast-casual restaurant serving up chef-driven dishes with locally sourced ingredients, craft coffee, and a full bar program. We're looking for a Dishwasher who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes. At Dish Society, our Dishwashers play an important role in supporting the entire restaurant. While maintaining the dish area is your primary responsibility, you'll also have opportunities to learn new skills, assist our kitchen team during busy shifts, and help keep our dining room looking its best.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently.

• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.

• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining overall cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

• Support our Front of House team by helping clear and bus tables, maintain a clean dining room, and keep tables ready for our guests when needed.

• Learn and become trained on a kitchen line position so you can assist our Line Cooks with food preparation and execution during peak business hours.

• Jump in to support the kitchen team during high-volume periods while balancing your primary dishwashing responsibilities.

• Communicate and work closely with both Front of House and Back of House team members to keep operations running smoothly.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Someone who enjoys staying busy and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• A team player who is willing to step outside their primary responsibilities to help wherever needed.

• An interest in learning new skills, including basic kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

• The ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities during busy shifts.

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
