Part-Time Janitorial Staff | Weekend Availability Required

Our janitorial team helps keep the market clean, safe, and comfortable throughout busy market days. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and notice what needs attention.

If you enjoy staying busy and being part of a team, we’d love to meet you!

Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly throughout the day.

Inspect restroom facilities and respond promptly to cleaning needs.

Restock soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.

Sweep, mop, and dry floors to help maintain a safe environment.

Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.

Monitor supply levels and communicate restocking needs.

Perform light maintenance tasks as assigned.

Identify and report maintenance concerns involving toilets, sinks, dispensers, plumbing, and other equipment.

Help keep surrounding market areas clean and welcoming.

Operate company golf carts or vehicles when authorized and required for assigned duties.

Follow safety procedures when using cleaning products, tools, and equipment.

Assist the Flamingo team with other market duties as needed.

Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

A friendly, respectful attitude toward guests, vendors, and coworkers.

Attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.

The ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Comfort working in a busy, active market environment.

The ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform routine cleaning duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.

A willingness to pitch in and help where needed.

Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days. Applicants must be available to work weekends based on scheduling needs.
