Senior Media Buyer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Media Buyer in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling direct-to-consumer growth engine, where performance marketing directly drives business expansion. You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across major digital platforms, with a strong focus on scalable and profitable acquisition. Working closely with Growth and Creative teams, you will translate performance data into actionable insights that shape both media strategy and creative direction. The environment is highly analytical and fast-paced, requiring constant testing, iteration, and rapid decision-making. You will play a key role in identifying new growth opportunities across channels while ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong unit economics. This is a high-ownership role within a rapidly growing brand backed by leading investors, where performance and impact are highly visible.

Accountabilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms with a focus on scalable and profitable growth.
  • Manage daily campaign performance including pacing, budget allocation, CAC, MER, ROAS, and overall KPI tracking.
  • Develop and execute structured testing frameworks across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and full-funnel experiences.
  • Partner closely with Creative teams to brief concepts, evaluate performance, and provide data-driven feedback to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Monitor platform performance trends, identify risks or opportunities, and proactively adjust campaigns to maintain efficiency and scale.
  • Analyze attribution and performance data to generate insights that inform optimization strategies and long-term growth planning.
  • Maintain detailed reporting dashboards, campaign documentation, and performance summaries for leadership visibility.
  • Continuously explore new channels, tools, and strategies to expand acquisition capabilities and improve marketing efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience in high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.
  • Strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with proven experience managing and scaling significant advertising budgets.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics including CAC, MER, ROAS, attribution, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Experience working closely with Creative teams to improve campaign performance through iterative testing and feedback loops.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make fast, informed optimization decisions.
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of managing multiple campaigns in parallel.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of digital funnel dynamics and performance-driven marketing strategies.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior-level performance marketing roles.
  • Fully remote work environment with strong flexibility and autonomy.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions.
  • Paid time off including vacation days, company holidays, and a dedicated birthday day off.
  • Generous parental leave to support growing families.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contribution.
  • Strong ownership culture with autonomy to design and run your own performance systems.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Additional perks including annual membership benefits and wellness-focused support programs.
